Actually, Clinton created most of the deregulation for credit card companies and banks. Most were passed by congress in 1997. We hated it at the bank because we had all these new rules to follow. (Yes, I work at one of the 'evil' banks...lol) No President Bush didn't reverse the deregulations but you have to admit that he had a huge distraction caused by Islamic Terrorists killing almost 3000 Americans on our own soil and the general desire by 95% of all Americans to rout terrorists wherever they could be found. BTW, we weren't looking for nuclear weapons in Iraq, just Weapons of Mass Destruction. That can be smaller than a nuke. Also, for 3 days before the war started, truckload after truckload of who knows what was driven into Syria out of Iraq, under the protection of the UN, who wanted to curtail American power in the world. Through the weak minded help of people like you, they have largely succeeded. Obama will finish us off. Iraq still doesn't have a stable government. President Bush's ratings were low because people like you lose faith quickly and lose sight of the greater good when you forget the pictures of people falling out of buildings that were destroyed by Islamic terrorists, and images of starving Iraqi children lose their edge when you don't get your pork barrel project in whatever diddly little place you live because the war is using the money fight oppression in Iraq.
